Professional Development for ResearchersrnIn June–July 2025, Yuliia Fernos, Associate Professor at Uman National University, participated in a workshop series titled "Professional Development for Researchers", supported by the Science at Risk initiative. The program offered practical tools and mentorship on career planning, project management, intercultural adaptation, and science communication for academics affected by war or crisis.
