At the Faculty of Horticulture, Ecology and Plants Protection the Students' Scientific Conference devoted to the 210th anniversary of birthday of a director of the Central School of Horticulture, a professor Oleksandr Nordman, was held during the 20th-21st of March 2013.
At the departments worked 5 sections, in work of which 270 students took part.
Section of Plants Protection and Quarantine.
In its work 46 people took part. At the conference 19 scientific reports were heard and discussed. The best reports were of the following students: Volodymyr Pavlyshyn, Inna Horuzhenko,Iuliia Smilianets, Tetiana Chornopyska, Dmytro Chornomorets, Liubov Iliuhina.
Section of Horticulture and Viticulture.
In its work 71 people took part. 17 reports were heard. The best reports had the following students: Oleg Samorodskyi, Oleksandr Dudnyk, Bohdan Holoboichenko, Boiko Nataliia.
Section of Vegetable Growing.
In its work 60 people took part. There were heard 52 reports. The best reviews had the students' reports of: Myroslava Hurzan, Maryna Sydun, Ievhen Voloshchuk, Anastasiia Baslyk, Iuliia Ivashchenko, Nataliia Holovatska.
Section of Ecology and Life Safety
In work of this section 42 people took part. There were heard and discussed 15 scientific reports. The students of the 41-еc group were the best reporters:Oxana Kulyk, Anna Katavina, Oleksandr Pidvalnyi.
Section of Biology.
In work of the section of Biology 40 people took part. 28 reports were heard. Reports had various themes. The best were reports of such students as: Mykola Gedz, Sergii Talp, Tetiana Vedmid, Olena Kravchenko, Andrii Hordiienko.
