Training "The Fundamentals of restaurant etiquette"

The study of discipline of "Fundamentals of hotel-restaurant etiquette" became a base for realization of training. The effective fixing of theoretical material is related to possibility of practical application. Therefore on October, 10, 2014 with the students of 11 group of the direction "Hotel-restaurant business" the educational training of "Fundamentals of restaurant etiquette" was conducted.

At the beginning of lesson students were divided into groups and got a situational task in accordance with the subject of training. Students had to discuss all details of the task, to carry out its imitation.

Every team imitated their own task in turn, and the members of other teams had the opportunity to estimate their work and find mistakes in etiquette of customer service and fundamentals of restaurant etiquette of the client.

On results of training mistakes of all teams were discussed, and the results of training were summed up. All participants of event got a lot of positive emotions and interestingly conducted practical lesson.
