The process of Ukraine's entry into the system of
world economic relations depends significantly on the quality of
decision-making in the sphere of foreign economic activity, both international
business transactions and internal are the result of administrative actions:
planning, organization, motivation, leadership, control. Of course, all these functions
have essential features, and in the context of globalization - various problems
that complicate their use in business.

Therefore, November 28, 2013 with the participation of
master students and specialists, and also lecturers of the Department of
Management of FEA of Uman NUH was held the third meeting of the Discussion Club
dedicated to the discussion of the features and contemporary problems of Management of FEA.
Students worked in small groups, each of them presented a
creative look at the specific use of certain functions, methods, and problems
of management of foreign economic activity in the context of globalization and
internationalization of business.

After the discussion of presented material, each team
conducted a quiz that allowed to discuss the features and issues of management
of FEA.
The third meeting of Discussion Club showed that our
initiative, actionable, creative students of 5th year are experts as they have
thorough knowledge of the Management of Foreign Economic Activity, they are
able to convince the audience, to defend their position, and it certainly will
contribute to their success and competitiveness in the labor market and will
help to find themselves in the life.
